Über Inka Hanefeld

Dr. Inka Hanefeld, LL.M. ist schwerpunktmäßig als Schiedsrichterin sowie als Parteivertreterin in nationalen und internationalen Schiedsverfahren in den Bereichen internationaler Anlagen- und Maschinenbau, Energiewirtschaft, Banking & Finance, Post-M&A und Investitionsstreitigkeiten tätig.

Ihre Expertise ist in verschiedenen Rankings hervorgehoben.

In den Jahren 2013 bis 2019 war Dr. Hanefeld von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland für die ICSID-Schiedsrichterliste nominiert. Zudem war Dr. Hanefeld von 2015 bis 2021 Vize-Präsidentin des Internationalen Schiedsgerichtshofs der ICC und über mehrere Jahre (2015-2020) Mitglied des LCIA London Court of International Arbitration.

Dr. Hanefeld war sieben Jahre in der Prozessabteilung einer internationalen Großkanzlei in Wien, New York, Frankfurt und Hamburg tätig, bevor sie sich 2005 im Bereich Dispute Resolution selbstständig machte. Dr. Hanefeld hat einen Master of Laws in International Legal Studies (LL.M.) der New York University School of Law und ist sowohl in Deutschland als auch in New York als Rechtsanwältin zugelassen. Ferner ist sie Mitglied der Pariser Rechtsanwaltskammer (Richtlinie 98/5/EG).

Ihre Arbeitssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. Sie ist Fellow Lecturer an der New York University School of Law (September 2012/2016, Mai 2020).
