Frau Dr. Inka Hanefeld spricht auf dem Arbitral Women Event „Women in Arbitration and International Law“

Frau Dr. Hanefeld ist Teil des Panels auf der von Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer ausgerichteten Veranstaltung, die dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in Wien stattfindet. Themen sind u. a. Herausforderungen für Frauen und Geschlechtergleichheit in der internationalen Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit.

Hanefeld Rechtsanwälte freut sich über die gerade veröffentlichte Besprechung im JUVE Handbuch 2019

Hanefeld Rechtsanwälte wird wiederum als Kanzlei für international Schiedsverfahren empfohlen: „Mit ihrem klaren Fokus auf internat. Dr. Inka Hanefeld erneut zur Vizepräsidentin des ICC International Court of Arbitration ernannt

Dr. Inka Hanefelds Vizepräsidentschaft des ICC International Court of Arbitration ist um eine zweite Amtszeit verlängert worden. Unter der Leitung von Alexis Mourre setzt sich der ICC Court aus jeweils 88 Frauen und Männern zusammen.

  • Dr. Inka Hanefeld, LL.M. war bis 2013 Lehrbeauftragte für nationales und internationales Schiedsverfahrensrecht an der Universität Hamburg sowie Fellow Lecturer an der New York University School of Law (September 2012/2016).
  • Jan Heiner Nedden, M.M. hat nationales und internationales Schiedsverfahrensrecht an der Universität Hamburg sowie der Summer Academy on International Dispute Resolution der Universität Heidelberg und der Swiss Arbitration Academy Zürich/Genf unterrichtet.
