We have particular experience as party representatives and DAB Members in complex on-shore and off-shore DAB (Dispute Adjudication Board) proceedings. We also have recognized expertise in DAB proceedings for a wide array of other types of major infrastructures, including airports, retail malls, and windfarms.
Our team includes lawyers who are trained mediation specialists and are accustomed to the culture of mediation and facilitation procedures.
We also offer a unique tool called Senior Expedited Assessment (SEA), developed by our firm as a new means of ADR, whereby senior dispute resolution lawyers of our team provide you with a fully neutral assessment of your claims or defenses in a very short period of time and from a “decider perspective”. From the early stages of a dispute onwards, SEA identifies risks and opportunities and helps avoid unnecessary costs.
