Dr. Friedrich Rosenfeld to speak at a seminar in Lisbon on the New York Convention

HANEFELD Partner Friedrich Rosenfeld will be speaking today at a seminar in Lisbon at the occasion of the International Bar Association Arbitration Day.

Friedrich will speak on the New York Convention from a comparative perspective alongside Franco Ferrari, Rui Pereira Dias, Ana Coimbra Trigo (尹安娜), and Mariana Helena Brito.

The occasion will mark the launching of the new book “Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards: A Concise Guide to the New York Convention’s Uniform Regime” by Franco Ferrari, Friedrich Rosenfeld and Charles Kotuby, the Portuguese version of which has been adapted and coordinated by Professor Mariana França Gouveia.

The event is organized by New York University School of Law, NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum, and CEDIS - NOVA School of Law.
