Join HANEFELD Counsel Dr. Dirk Wiegandt at this year’s “YIAG meets Vis” event on Monday, 3 April 2023 at 4.30pm, hosted by Vavrovsky Heine Marth Rechtsanwälte in Vienna.

Co-organised by the YIAG (Young International Arbitration Group) and the Moot Alumni Association, the topic of the event is “Stay and Bifurcation of Arbitral Proceedings”, which will be discussed from the perspective of this year’s Vis Moot problem. The panel includes Oleg Todua (White & Case LLP) and Florian Stefan (Vavrovsky Heine Marth Rechtsanwälte) as co-moderators as well as Evanthia Kasiora (White & Case LLP) and Peter Rižnik (Konrad Partners) as further speakers.

The event will be followed by a get-together with drinks.
