Dr. Friedrich Rosenfeld´s book now available in Spanish edition

HANEFELD Partner Friedrich Rosenfeld has co-authored a book on “Recognition and Execution of Foreign Arbitral Awards: A Concise Guide to the New York Convention’s Uniform Regime” with Franco Ferrari and edited by Charles T. Kotuby Jr. A Spanish edition of the book prepared with Juan Ignacio Stampalija has now been published with Marcial Pons Librero | Ediciones Jurídicas y Sociales | Ediciones de Historia. This edition analyzes case law from major arbitration jurisdictions, including from Latin America.
