Dr. Johanna Büstgens lectures on German Law in Vienna

This week, our Hamburg-based counsel Dr. Johanna Büstgens travelled to Vienna to give a full-day seminar on German law to Austrian in-house counsel together with Friederike Schäfer, partner at Zeiler Floyd Zadkovich.

Johanna and Friederike discussed the German law on standard business terms and gave an overview of the warranty rights in sales and work contracts.
