Dr. Friedrich Rosenfeld speaks at upcoming Pre-Vis Conference 2024

Our Partner Friedrich Rosenfeld will speak in the upcoming Pre-Vis Conference 2024 on “Soft Law in Arbitration: Concepts and Examples” in Vienna.

Friedrich will address the topic of the hardening of soft law in a session with Prof. Marco Torsello and Prof. Pilar Perales Viscasillas, and moderated by Prof. Franco Ferrari.

The event is organized by New York University, Bucerius Law School, McGill University, University of Verona, and University of Vienna.
