Dr. Nicole Grohmann and Edward L. Rensmann attended the YIAG Tylney Hall Symposium
Last Friday, our Hamburg-based colleagues Dr. Nicole Grohmann and Edward L. Rensmann attended the YIAG (Young International Arbitration Group) Tylney Hall Symposium. Held at the historic venue of Tylney Hall, the conference brought together young arbitration practitioners in the traditional Tylney Hall format that facilitated open discussions on both recent developments and practical arbitration topics.
The discussions covered a variety of pressing issues, including the enforcement of awards in times of political turmoil and longstanding objectives such as improving procedural efficiency. Nicole and Edward were happy to share recent developments regarding the scope of state court review of arbitral awards in the EU and practical insights on preliminary assessments in international arbitration.
We thank the YIAG Co-Chairs as well as the entire organisation team from YIAG (Young International Arbitration Group) and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) for creating such a valuable platform for exchange and learning within the international arbitration community.
