Dr. Nicole Grohmann has been promoted to Senior Associate

We are pleased to announce that Nicole Grohmann has been promoted to Senior Associate, effective 1 February 2026.

Nicole acts as counsel in arbitration and state court proceedings and has already received several arbitrator appointments in both domestic and international matters. She also regularly serves as tribunal secretary in high-value institutional arbitration disputes, touching upon various jurisdictions. Across these roles, she has developed particular expertise in construction disputes, corporate matters, including post-M&A, and international commercial and trade law. To further broaden her experience, Nicole is currently qualifying as a mediator.

Beyond her casework, Nicole is an active member of the arbitration community, serving as YAWP - Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners Steering Committee member and DIS40 Nord Co-Chair. She also contributes to legal education through her ongoing strong involvement with the Vis Moot and regularly lectures on commercial arbitration, including at the University of Heidelberg and the Hamburg School of Business Administration.
