Friedrich Rosenfeld speaks at NYU conference

Our Partner Friedrich Rosenfeld spoke at a conference on “The Enforcement of Arbitral Awards: Universalism or Exceptionalism?”.

Friedrich spoke about deference to decisions by other courts upholding an award on a panel with Caroline Kleiner and Olivera Boskovic, and moderated by Charles Nairac.

The conference was organized in conjunction with New York University School of Law, École de droit de Sciences Po and Université Paris Cité.
