Dr. Friedrich Rosenfeld authors book in Portuguese on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards

HANEFELD Partner Friedrich Rosenfeld has authored with Franco Ferrari and Mariana França Gouveia a new book in Portuguese on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. The book is a Portuguese adaptation of the concise guide on the New York Convention published earlier this year with Elgar.

The translation into Portuguese of this edition was made by Brazilian Lawyer Victoria da Silveira e Silva.
