Our Managing Partner Jan Heiner Nedden will be speaking today in Copenhagen at the first ever conference of the DAA/DIS Arbitration Group: “Building Bridges Beyond the Femern Belt”.
Heiner will speak on the panel addressing Danish and German arbitrators’ approach to procedure and evidence taking alongside Professor Mads Bryde Andersen (Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen), Steffen Pihlblad (Voldgiftsinstituttet - The Danish Institute of Arbitration, Copenhagen), and moderated by Dr. Nicoletta Kroeger (CORVEL Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB, Hamburg).
