Jan Heiner Nedden participates in drafting 2024 IBA Guidelines and Commentary
The Commentary of the 2024 International Bar Association’s Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration has just been published by the IBA Arbitration Committee Subcommittee on Rules and Guidelines.
HANEFELD Managing Partner Jan Heiner Neddenq participated in the drafting committee of the revised Guidelines as well as the Commentary. The drafting committee of the Commentary consisted of Claudia Frutos-Peterson (Co-Chair), Professor Dr. Maxi Scherer (Co-Chair), Nicolas Angelet, Hilde van der Baan, Dr Crina Baltag, FCIArb, Dániel Dózsa (who was assisted by Maria Paschou), Marily Paralika, Mallory Silberman, and Galina Zukova.
