Our Paris based Partner Maria Hauser-Morel will attend the ucpoming Warsaw Disputes Days 2026 and speak at two events on 10 June 2026:

■ In the morning, Maria will join Rudolf Hennecke (Borris Hennecke Kneisel), Katarzyna Kucharczyk (Ørsted), Patryk Kulig (Accenture Poland), James Menz (rothorn legal) and Cezary Wiśniewski (Addleshaw Goddard) for a deep dive into Polish-German arbitration practice — from shareholder disputes to early settlement tools, including the distinctive German procedural mechanisms that are increasingly informing cross-border proceedings.

■ In the afternoon, she will join the Eversheds Sutherland & Vienna International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC) panel on "Maneuvering Through Troubled Waters: Sanctions, Disputes and EU Law" alongside Dr. Markiyan Malskyy (ARZINGER), Klaudia Sood (VIAC), Natalia Kabacińska (WKB Lawyers), Marek Jeżewski (Eversheds Sutherland).
