New publication in The Transatlantic Law Journal by Dr. Christian Johannes Wahnschaffe

Our Hamburg-based colleague Dr Christian Johannes Wahnschaffe has published an article in the recent issue of the Transatlantic Law Journal.

His publication explores transatlantic perspectives on institutional neutrality in arbitration proceedings, analysing similarities and differences in the legal frameworks on institutional neutrality in the U.S. and German legal systems.
