Publication: ICC and DIS Rules commentary
We are happy to share that HANEFELD’s Managing Partner Jan Heiner Nedden, along with Ulrich Kopetzki and Axel Benjamin Herzberg, LL.M. (London), has edited the newest edition of the article-by-article standard commentary on the #ICC and #DIS Rules.

The second edition of the commentary includes the latest changes to the ICC and DIS Rules as well as recent topical case law and will be released soon (pre-ordering is already possible).
