Publication on German Commercial Courts

Our Hamburg-based Associate Dr. Nicole Grohmann has published a report on the recent Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences’ conference on German Commercial Courts in the latest issue of the SchiedsVZ (German Arbitration Journal).

Nicole’s report addresses how German Commercial Courts could compete with arbitration in Germany and what both dispute resolution models may bring each other.
