Reappointment as delegates
HANEFELD is proud to share that Hamburg-based Managing Partner Jan Heiner Nedden and Paris-based Counsel Maria Hauser-Morel have both been reappointed as Delegates to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR by the German and Polish ICC National Committees, respectively.
The ICC Commission serves as a think tank and rule-making body for ICC Dispute Resolution Services and includes more than 1,000 members from over 100 countries, comprising lawyers, in-house counsel, arbitrators, mediators, law professors and experts in various dispute resolution fields.
