Our Partner Friedrich Rosenfeld will speak on 8 November 2023 at a conference on “Exceptionalism in International Commercial Arbitration” co-hosted by New York University School of Law’s Center for #Transnational #Litigation, #Arbitration, and #Commercial #Law, Sciences Po Law School, and the Arbitration Academy.

Friedrich will speak on a panel moderated by Fabienne Schaller on Exceptionalism in the Post-Award Stage, alongside Professors Caroline Kleiner, Juan Ignacio Stampalija, and Mariana França Gouveia.
