We are pleased to announce that our partner Friedrich Rosenfeld will be speaking at the Global Dialogue on Enforcement of Foreign Awards, organized by the Indian Institute Of Arbitration and Mediation at the Delhi High Court.

Friedrich will speak alongside a distinguished panel of speakers, including Hon'ble Mr. Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Subramonium Prasad, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Tejas Karia, and Sr. Adv. Anil Xavier, moderated by Ms. Iram Majid.

The panel will explore comparative approaches to enforcement under the New York Convention, bringing together Indian and international perspectives.
