Jan Heiner Nedden’s participation in the new IBA taskforce reviewing the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration
We are pleased to share that our Managing Partner Jan Heiner Nedden is part of the new International Bar Association Task Force reviewing the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration.
Heiner is co-chair of the subgroup dedicated to expert witnesses and will work on the Task Force alongside members from all areas of arbitral practice and all around the globe.
