Women in ADR Global & Hamburg Arbitration Circle ADR Leadership Fellowship 2026

We are delighted to announce that our Hamburg-based Founding Partner Inka Hanefeld and Senior Associate Nicole Grohmann will be taking part in the inaugural Women in ADR Global & Hamburg Arbitration Circle ADR Leadership Fellowship 2026.

Over the next twelve months, this international arbitration mentorship programme will connect experienced practitioners and emerging talent across Africa and Europe. Its aim is to support professional growth, encourage cross-cultural exchange and build lasting networks among women in ADR.

The Fellowship officially launched today in a virtual event, where Nicole shared her tips for a successful mentorship.

We are proud to be part of this initiative and to work alongside an outstanding group of mentors and mentees. Our sincere thanks go to the Programme Leads, Eunice Lumallas (Women In ADR Global ) and Prof. Dr. Antje Baumann (Hamburg Arbitration Circle e.V.), and to the Programme Coordinators Florence Shako and Tabitha Joy Raore for bringing this programme to life.
